1 Parties and conclusion

Your contractor is moi-basics GmbH, Hohlstrasse 420, 8048 Zürich.

By clicking the button „complete my purchase“ you give a binding order of the products in your shopping cart.

You will receive the order confirmation immediately after placing the order. The purchase price is due for payment with the „confirmation“ of the order. The goods remain the property of moi-basics GmbH until full payment.

2 Prices

For orders via our online store, prices apply which are listed at the time of order. The prices are final swiss prices which means that they contain a value added tax (VAT) of 8,1%.

3 Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are dispatched by Swiss Post.

Switzerland: 
FREE SHIPPING (standard B-Post, expect 2-3 business days). There is the option of priority A-Post (1-2 business days) for CHF 5.-

Europe:
Priority delivery with tracking. Expect 3 to 7 business days.
Up to 0.25kg: CHF: 14.50
Up to 0.50kg: CHF: 19.50
Up to 1kg: CHF 24.50 

United States:
Priority delivery with tracking dispatched by Swiss Post. Expect 5 to 8 business days. 
flat rate CHF 50.- (due to current customs regulations imposed by the US)

All other countries:
Priority delivery with tracking dispatched by Swiss Post. Expect 5 to 12 business days. 
Up to 0.25kg: CHF: 17.50
Up to 0.50kg: CHF: 22.50
Up to 1kg: CHF 32.50 

As we currently ship exclusively from Switzerland, orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import fees and import VAT. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.

4 Return and refund policy 

For hygiene reasons, briefs and panties that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will replace the item free of charge.

If a shirt, top or bra doesn't fit, you may return it for an exchange to a different size, another product or store credit. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free from stains, perfume or other signs of use. All returns are subject to careful inspection before an exchange or store credit is issued.

If you are eligible for a refund under our return policy and return your entire order, CHF 10 will be deducted to cover payment transaction fees, handling and reconditioning costs.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Customers residing in the European Union may have additional statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection law. These rights remain unaffected by this return policy.

5 Method of payment

You can either pay by PostFinance, Twint, Klarna, Paypal or Credit Card. (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). You can choose the method of payment at checkout. Payment is only debited at time of order confirmation.

6 Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is Zurich. Thereby, Swiss law applies exclusively.
