1 Parties and conclusion

Your contractor is moi-basics GmbH, Hohlstrasse 420, 8048 Zürich.

By clicking the button „complete my purchase“ you give a binding order of the products in your shopping cart.

You will receive the order confirmation immediately after placing the order. The purchase price is due for payment with the „confirmation“ of the order. The goods remain the property of moi-basics GmbH until full payment.

 2 Prices

For orders via our online store, prices apply which are listed at the time of order. The prices are final swiss prices which means that they contain a value added tax (VAT) of 8,1%.

 3 Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are dispatched by Swiss Post.

Switzerland: 
FREE SHIPPING (standard B-Post, expect 2-3 business days). There is the option of priority A-Post (1-2 business days) for CHF 5.-

Europe:
Priority delivery with tracking. Expect 3 to 7 business days.
Up to 0.25kg: CHF: 14.50
Up to 0.50kg: CHF: 19.50
Up to 1kg: CHF 24.50 

United States:
Priority delivery with tracking dispatched by Swiss Post. Expect 5 to 8 business days. 
flat rate CHF 50.- (due to current customs regulations imposed by the US)

All other countries:
Priority delivery with tracking dispatched by Swiss Post. Expect 5 to 12 business days. 
Up to 0.25kg: CHF: 17.50
Up to 0.50kg: CHF: 22.50
Up to 1kg: CHF 32.50 

As we currently ship exclusively from Switzerland, orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import fees and import VAT. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance.

4 Return and refund policy 

FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNED BRIEFS THAT HAVE BEEN TRIED ON.

In all other cases, the EU right of withdrawal applies for items that have not been worn and are still in the original packaging. 

If there is an obvious production error, you can return the item and it will be replaced. This applies to unworn items only. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund as this service has been provided.

Goods that get lost during shipment cannot be replaced. We recommend to use a tracking number when returning goods.

5 Method of payment

You can either pay by PostFinance, Twint, Klarna, Paypal or Credit Card. (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). You can choose the method of payment at checkout. Payment is only debited at time of order confirmation.

6 Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction is Zurich. Thereby, Swiss law applies exclusively.
